7-Day Return Policy
You can return your Organic Fertilizer within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please ensure the product is in a condition that can be resold. If it’s opened or used, returns may not be accepted.
How to Return an Item

Return Approval: Our team will review your return request and provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as a damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, depending on what is convenient for you.
Conditions for Return
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged or defective. If the product is in good condition but you’ve changed your mind, we will do our best to accommodate, but returns may not be accepted.
Returns are not possible for products that have been opened or used.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Option
